Q: I published my entry to my blog, and no text appears on my blog - all I see is a blank space. WinJournal gave me a confirmation dialog indicating that the entry was published successfully.
A: The most common cause of this problem is that the text you published to your blog is the same color as that of the background of your blog template. If you are using a blog template with a black background, and type your entry in WinJournal using black text, when you publish that entry, you will wind up with black text on a black background.
The simplest solution to this problem is to set the font color in WinJournal to the exact font color you want to display on your blog. You can set the background (paper) color for the entries in a particular journal by selecting that journal, viewing the inspector and changing the background (paper) color to match the background of your published blog. Then you can set the text color by either modifying the Entry Template in Preferences, or by selecting text and changing the font color in Format > Font > Font Color.
