I've lost the ability to rename/delete my files in grid view

I've lost the ability to rename/delete my files in grid view. What do I do now?

Tap and hold on a file when you are in grid view of your files; an arrow on the top of the file will appear, which you can tap and get the screen from which you can rename duplicate, or remove.
