I've just installed Contour on Windows 7 and it won't accept my serial number.

Though the registration (serial) number is capitalized as presented on your card or in your email, Windows 7 does not require you to use the shift key to enter the (4) letters in your serial number. In fact, an error will be generated if you do use the CAPS LOCK key or the shift key when entering the serial into either WinJournal or Contour for Windows.
