When I publish an entry to my new Blogger account, WinJournal tells me that it has successfully posted, but I can't see the entry on my blog.
It's possible that the entry that published by WinJournal is tagged as a draft on Blogger. New posts from WinJournal will be tagged as drafts by Blogger whenever your blog has word verification turned on.
To prevent this from happening, first log into Blogger (http:// www.blogger.com) and click on Posts for the blog in question, to verify that these posts have indeed made it to Blogger, and are set as drafts.
From there, Blogger provides information on word verification and instructions for requesting that word verification be removed from your blog:

Turning off word verification for your blog should prevent this problem from happening in the future.
Please note that it appears that word verification gets turned on by default for some blogs that have been converted from the Old Blogger to the New Blogger.
