What do I do when I get a message saying that I have “Insufficent Privileges” while trying to replace an older version of MacGourmet Deluxe in the Applications folder with a newer version?

This happens occasionally, and although we are not sure why, the solution is simple. You just need to delete the item you are replacing first, and then copy the new version to your Applications folder.
