The installer gives an error on my non-english version of Windows

Although Paperless isn't officially supported outside of English Windows, you can install by doing this:

1. Open RegEdit

2. Add a Key called: "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment"

3. add a string that points to the temp directory on your system, in English it is: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp

Now the installer should be able to run and complete.
