There is no limit to the number of receipts or documents that can be stored. However, you may want to archive (to CD or DVD) receipts or documents on a yearly basis to make it easier to find receipts or documents and to conserve space on your hard drive. You can create multiple libraries for each year, project, etc. as it may be easier to organize your data if the receipts or documents are separated.
