How do I export library items via email?

Library items can be exported directly to a new email message by following these steps:

  1. In the Paperless library window, select the library item.
  2. Issue the Email command. This can be done in one of two ways:
    • Select Email... from the File menu.
    • Click the Email button in the Paperless toolbar.

After this has been done, a new email message should appear in your Mac’s default email client, with the library item source file appearing as an attachment to the message.
