At certain points, we may request that you provide a full-system report for your Mac from System Information. A full-system report will provide us with diagnostic information we can use to investigate specific issues.
Please use the steps we provide below to save a report from System Information.
Launch System Information
To launch System Profiler, follow these steps:

Display the Apple menu.

While the Apple menu is displaying, hold down the option key on your keyboard.

Save a Report from System Profiler/ System Information (OS X 10.7 and later)
To save a report from System Profiler, follow these steps:

From the File menu, select Save…

Use the Save dialog to select a location to save the system profiler report in.
