Does Contour for Windows support languages other than English?

No.  Contour for Windows does not support languages other than English.

Contour has been shown to run fairly well on non-English Windows systems, but it only supports Roman non-accented characters.

Contour does not support any non-Roman character sets (like Cyrillic, Kanji, etc) and does not support accented Roman characters.
