Can Contour XML files be used with both Contour for Mac and Contour for Windows?

Yes.  A Contour XML file can be used either on Contour for Mac or Contour for Windows. 

The same file can be imported to Contour on either platform as-is.  There is no need for conversion or other special handling otherwise.
