In general, yes, but the apps submitted to the Mac App Store will be slightly different from the versions on the web sites. The Mac App Store apps are missing serialization and other code that Apple does not allow in the MAS. The overall functionality, however will be the same. This said, be careful when trying to run versions downloaded from the Mac App Store and from our web store simultaneously as there will be a chance of confusing which version to use.
