Setting the Default Application to Open a Document 

 

 

Select a document you want always to open in Mariner Write by clicking on it once. Then go to the File menu, pull down to Open With, then select Other...

Navigate to Preview in your Applications folder, select it, and also check the box below the application selected, “Always Open With”.

Then click the Open button.
